Please do not send health information
Do not use our forms, chat, or email to send protected health information (PHI) or patient information of any kind. We are not set up to receive it. If you run a healthcare business, describe it in general business terms only.

- Service providers that run our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms: Google (Forms, Gmail, Drive, Fonts), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and security).
- Legal reasons: to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfer: as part of a merger or sale of our business, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above. Typically that is the length of the relationship plus up to 7 years for business, tax, and legal records. Inquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted or anonymized within about 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your choices).
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS, account access controls, and two-factor authentication on the accounts we use. No system is perfectly secure.
Marketing emails from us include our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You will still get transactional messages about your account, payments, or renewals.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us through the contact form. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some records the law requires. Ellsworth Capitol does not currently meet the thresholds of the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61). We still honor these requests voluntarily. Residents of other states may have additional rights under their state's laws.
Children
Our site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
