Ellsworth Capitol was founded by Eric Ellsworth and is based in South Jordan, Utah.

Eric has been through the sale of a company himself, as an owner. He knows what owners go through: the questions, the timing, and the importance of finding the right fit.

What we do, and what we don't

Ellsworth Capitol is a finder. We make introductions between business owners and private equity firms and family offices. We are not a broker. We do not value businesses, negotiate, or represent either side, and we are not paid based on whether a transaction happens. Introductions are free for owners. Optional services are billed separately at flat fees, and buying one never affects whether, when, or to whom we make an introduction.

A capitol is a place where people convene. Ellsworth Capitol aims to be a meeting place: somewhere owners from every industry can be introduced to private equity firms and family offices.

Investor members pay flat subscriptions; owner services are optional, flat-fee, and separate from introductions.
